REGISTRATION FORM FOR MAINE'S FIRST LEGO LEAGUE
TOURNAMENT

Each team must be registered separately, however, payments
may be made for several teams at once (send payment or
request invoice). Each team is required to provide $50
registration in order to attend the tournament on December
5th, 2004 at the Brewer High School.

Maine is NOT competitive in applying for the Maine
Tournament. All Maine teams registering will be allowed to
compete, so no worries there!
Three options for registering:

1.  Fill out this online form and submit to register.  Then mail
payment for teams to address below.

2.  Print out page, fill out information, and mail with payment
to the address below.

3.  e-Mail information to address below.  Mail payment for
teams to address below.
